Product Overview

The Mandibular Reconstruction Implant is a high-strength, anatomically contoured titanium implant designed to restore mandibular continuity and function in patients undergoing resection due to trauma, tumors, or congenital defects. Its rigid structure provides stable support for soft tissue healing, jaw alignment, and long-term prosthetic rehabilitation. The implant’s low-profile design and smooth edges help reduce irritation and promote better integration with surrounding tissues.

Engineered for precision and performance, the implant features multiple fixation points for secure screw placement and is compatible with standard cranio-maxillofacial surgical systems. Available in a range of sizes, it can also be customized based on patient-specific CT data for enhanced anatomical fit and functional outcome. This implant is ideal for both immediate and delayed mandibular reconstructions in oncologic, traumatic, or revision cases.

Indication:

  • Segmental Mandibulectomy Defects due to benign or malignant tumor resection.
  • Osteomyelitis or other infections requiring partial mandibular resection.
  • It is also indicated for revision surgeries involving failed or removed cranial implants.
  • It is designed for use after the resolution of any active infection at the implant site.

Benifits:

  • Reconstructs the lower jaw after trauma, tumor removal, infection, or congenital deformities.
  • Restores the ability to speak clearly and chew properly, improving nutrition and communication.
  • Corrects facial asymmetry and deformities caused by jaw loss or damage.
  • Provides a stable foundation for dental implants or prosthetics, enabling full mouth rehabilitation.
